FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN

Full-service interior design takes a holistic approach to transforming spaces, addressing all facets of a client's requirements. This process involves initial consultations, developing design concepts, choosing furnishings and materials, supervising renovations, and managing the project from beginning to end. The designer collaborates closely with clients to bring their vision to life, offering expert advice on functionality and aesthetics. The ultimate aim is to create a harmonious and visually appealing environment that showcases the client's unique taste and lifestyle.

A DESIGN DAY CONSULTATION

A Design Day Consultation is perfect for a small project, offering clients personalized 1:1 time with a designer. The designer will gather the necessary information during this session and create a straightforward plan. Clients will receive a detailed list of tasks, including suggested paint colors, hardware changes, and light fixture options, ensuring the client knows exactly what to do. With this backend support, clients can enjoy a full-service experience and confidently execute their plan, knowing a professional designer crafted it. We also offer the opportunity for the clients to benefit from trade pricing by using our procurement services hourly.

This service is offered at a 2-hour minimum.

NEW CONSTRUCTION OR LARGE REMODEL

Two dynamic entities, interior designers and contractors/builders, join forces to turn dreams into reality. The partnership between a designer and a contractor/builder is the beating heart of any construction endeavor, with their combined efforts sparking true magic. We will collaborate to create the aesthetic vision for your space while simultaneously having the contractor/builder execute those design plans throughout the construction.

Key points about working with both an interior designer and a builder:

Early Collaboration:

Ideally, the designer and builder should be involved early in the project to discuss design ideas, potential challenges, and material selections, ensuring initial alignment.
Clear Communication:

Maintaining open communication between all parties (the client, the designer, and the builder) is crucial to address any issues promptly and avoid potential conflicts.

Detailed Drawings and Specifications:

The designer will provide comprehensive plans, including elevations, floor plans, and material specifications, which the builder can use to construct the space accurately.
